How to make GMail more secure
If you go to your Google Mail Inbox, simply make sure you type in this link:
https://gmail.google.com. (Don’t forget the „s“!)
If Firefox displays the address bar in yellow, the connection between your browser and GMail will be encrypted (there’s a geeky explanation for that at a blog called Linux Activist).
